Where required for the secure and reliable provision of the website, processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Where your enquiry relates to the preparation or performance of a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The data will be deleted once it is no longer required to process your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Contact via WhatsApp

You can also contact us through WhatsApp Business. If you send us a message via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide, including in particular your telephone number, your name - where this is included in your WhatsApp profile - and the content of your message.

We use this data to handle your enquiry and to communicate with prospective and existing clients.

Where the communication serves to initiate or perform a contract, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing simple and efficient communication pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For users in the European Economic Area, WhatsApp Business is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. When using the service, data may also be processed in the United States and other countries. 6. Cookies and Consent Management

We use technically necessary technologies required to operate the website and store your privacy preferences.

Where these technologies are strictly necessary, consent is not required under Section 25(2) TDDDG.

Non-essential technologies, in particular analytics services, are activated only after you have given your consent.

Consent is based on Section 25(1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can change your selection or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

7. Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics is activated only after your explicit consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG.

According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses of users in the EU, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. IP addresses are used to derive coarse location information and are then discarded.

Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area using the applicable data-transfer safeguards.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie Settings".
